For unincorporated area you could also try contacting the Land Management Division at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works or for incorporated area the Engineering Department for that particular city.

If you have not yet received a property tax bill or have a question about the amount of the bill:

Within your inquiry be sure to include your full name, email address and mailing address, the Assessor's Identification Number (AIN) or street address of the property and, if possible, a daytime telephone no. at which you can be reached.
